AGRICULTURE MINISTER REPORTED ON AGRICULTURE DEVELOPMENT IN 2006
The Kazakh Minister of Agriculture Akhmetzhan Esimov informed the President of the country Nursultan Nazarbayev on the results of agriculture development in 2006, the president's press service informed.
A. Esimov reported N. Nazarbayev on the course of realization of the objectives set by the Kazakh leader for the forthcoming period.
"The President noted that the three-year program of auls (village) created all necessary conditions for high-grade work of peasants in Kazakhstan. First of all, it is a question of effective legislative base, modern model of cooperation between the state and private sector, and the developed system of crediting. The state will henceforth support landowners," the press service informed.
After the meeting with the President A. Esimov informed "new budgetary programs will allow raising efficiency of the agrarian sector of the Kazakhstan economy."
