SIC ICWC is an information and analytical body that develops methods and approaches for prospective development, improved water management, and a better ecological situation in the Aral Sea basin.
The center collaborates with a network of scientific and design organizations across Central Asia and has national branches that support scientific and information exchange at country level.
Provides administrative support to the Platform and contributes to research and mobilization of financial and other support.
